Tell us about the project
Use the project form or call. Tell us where the property is, what you want to accomplish, whether you have plans, and when you'd like the work done. If you're a builder or architect, send the plan set.

Site walk and scope
We walk the site with you or your design team. We look at access for equipment, existing grades, where water goes, what's in the ground, utilities and anything that affects the sequence. Then we define the scope in plain language.

Estimate and preconstruction
You receive a written estimate with clear inclusions, exclusions and assumptions. Once it's signed, preconstruction starts: Colorado 811 locates, permits and inspections confirmed, long-lead materials ordered, subcontractors scheduled, and a start date set.

Build
Our crews build the project in order: excavation and rough grade, underground (drainage, irrigation mainline, sleeving, septic), walls and hardscape, irrigation, finish grade, planting, lighting and cleanup. One point of contact keeps you informed as each phase completes.

Final walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished project with you, close out the punch list, and hand over the landscape with its irrigation schedule and plant warranty. Installed trees, shrubs and perennials are warrantied for one year.

When to start.
The construction season in the upper valley runs roughly May through October, longer down valley. The best time to plan a summer project is the winter before it.

- SpringExcavation and sitework begin as ground thaws and dries, lower valley first.
- SummerWalls, hardscape, irrigation and planting at every elevation.
- FallPlanting continues, irrigation winterized, final grading before freeze.
